Everything is perfect, enjoyed my time here. It has good sized rooms, very good value for money. The hotel offers lovely cooked and savoury meal in the morning with jams, cooked options included, cheeses. Every time in Edinburgh, I choose this place.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was luxurious and quiet. A TV set and coffee were standard, but I enjoyed that. The position of the hotel was great and stunning, in a more residential area that's very pretty to walk around.

I booked it many times and recommend. All in all everything was good, had a really really nice stay for one night. As for me, the location was great, just off the New Town of Edinburgh's West End as well as the tram station. I stayed in a big room with complimentary wireless internet and coffee.
